WW II German Navy - TORPEDO FIRING CONTROL GYROSCOPE - U-BOAT - VERY RARE!

You are bidding on a SUPERB and VERY RARE example of a WW2 German Kriegsmarine Torpedo Firing Control Gyroscope!  This was used in all U-Boats throughout the war (apart from the Type II).  Part of the
T. Vh. Re. S3 Torpedo Calculator (most likely a late-model), it was u
sually mounted in the Conning Tower or in the Bow of the U-Boat
!
Made of aluminum and steel, and dating around 1944, this is an AMAZING used example.
Though there are some scratches and wear from use and age, it
retains 95% of it's original finish!
The pointer is a bit bent, but that could be rectified by the winning bidder.  Features a nice Waffenamt and the data plate
is
100% intact, clearly indicates the model and type!  A bit of dust and dirt from storage, but that can easily be rectified by the winning bidder.  Thgough I am not 100% sure the exact type of Torpedo Calculator it was used in, I have shown almost identical gyroscopes in the last photos (early variant).  Would make an EXCELLENT addition to any collection, display, or simply as a conversation piece!
