Little girls JC Penney vintage suspender skirt from the 1980's, size 4. Looks like a burned orange color with yellow trim and floral embroideries. Made to look like German Lederhosen / Dirndl. Straps are adjustable with 2 buttons each, partial elastic waist in rear, 1 pocket. Measures approx. 9" flat across the waist WITHOUT STRETCHING THE ELASTIC ANY and skirt measures approx. 12" in length - 21" including straps using the lower button. 50% Polyester 50% Cotton. Normal wear and tear/wash 'n wear. Different look for sure and in good vintage condition. Color didn't come out quite accurate in the pictures, but it's close.
