Description

Poled PVDF piezoelectric film 45 um or 120 um thick. Uniaxially oriented with high d31 of 29-31 pC/N. d33 is around 25 pC/N and modulus is around 2.7 GPa.
With 100 nm thick sputtered aluminum electrode.
One sheet with size is 175 mm x 270 mm.
The electrode can be selectively removed by using dilute KOH, NaOH, or HCl solution. Will provide instructions.
