Eight layers of 100% polypropylene are thermally bonded to make PIG® Mat the strongest mat on the market; won't rip, fray or fall apart, even when saturated. Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or damaged in shipping. Shipping damages will require a shipping damage claim before a new item is shipped to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer when signing for deliveries to make sure the product is free from visible damage prior to signing or such damage/shortage must be noted in writing with the freight carrier before accepting shipment. Otherwise, National Tool Warehouse customer service will assist the customer in filing the freight claim for reimbursement from the carrier but any possible loss will be incurred by the customer. Defective items will have to be returned prior to a new item being shipped. All defects are handled according to the manufacturers return policy.Before returning a defective product, you must contact Customer Service either by e-mail or by phone in order to receive an RGA Returned Goods Authorization form. That form is your approval to ship the product back to the address given on the bottom right-hand corner of the form. Shipping to the corporate office in Missouri or any unauthorized address outside that address given on the RGA form could result in a lesser credit being issued. If you refuse a product upon delivery any return freight costs will be deducted from your credit.I will accept payment via PayPal only. I expect payment within 48 hours of closing.
