Mesh Wrapped Glass Seltzer Water Bottle (Soda Siphon)

Description

This is a very nice art-deco soda siphon seltzer water bottle. My Dad came home with this sometime around 1965 when he decided to drink High-Balls after work. I bet he didn't use it 2 dozen times, they look cool but unless you are a soda freak they're a pain and it was always going flat because he used just 1 splash a day and my Mother didn't drink.
The only identifying mark I can see on the bottom is a molded "M" logo, I think he brought it home from Marshall-Fields in Chicago. It has a molded fill-line approximately 3/4 up the bottle (see pictures) and it's in great condition, been in the bottom of my Mother's buffet for 50 years. It's approximately 14" tall X 5" wide and very heavy.
It's complete with the CO2 cartridge shell and the threaded metal cover that covers the cartridge charge thread. All the gaskets are in excellent shape, I bought a pack of cartridges, charged up a bottle of soda and lifted a high-ball to Poppa
