This is a beautiful porcelain china hatpin holder from Limoges in France. It has been hand painted in a floral pattern with gilt on top and along the bottom edge. It is signed LaGarde, it is around 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 5/8 inches wide at the base. There is a chip on the top rim and one underneath along the base.
