These Bormioli Rocco Fido Jars have a durable wire hinge paired with the glass jar's replaceable rubber gaskets creates an air tight seal.  This makes these canning jars ideal canning and preserving garden vegetables as well as preserving berries and jams. The Bormioli Rocco Fido glass canning jars are made in Italy.
