The head (ornament) is in excellent shape, glass, sterling silver;  stem is straight/strong, solid connection.

No soldering or glue.
Marked: Sterling Silver.
Overall, excellent condition.  No dents, cracks or chips.
Date:  late 1800s to early 1900s.
