60" Long Acetal Rod (Copolymer) - Natural - 2" Diameter (Nominal)
Acetal plastic often referred to by trade names, Delrin, Ultraform, Celcon, Ramtal, Duracon, Polypenco, and Hostaform.  Acetal is strong, stiff, and resilient making it ideal for a wide range of uses.  It is an engineering thermoplastic often used in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low friction, and dimensional stability.  This material is easy to machine to specific requirements.  It is available in sheet and rod shapes.  Acetal plastic does not absorb a large amount of water and is resistant to a wide range of solvents though avoid mineral acids, chlorine, and similar chemicals.
