Pennsylvania buyers / recipients should note that a 6% sales tax is wanted by the PA Department of Revenue on purchases such as stamps / collectibles where the transaction is made in PA and then shipped to a PA address. This can be paid when filing your Annual PA-40 through a special section for personal sales / use taxes.
I offer a 100% satisfaction returns policy based on the accuracy of my "description" (Forget about Buyer's Remorse) with few limitations. If you don't feel the item(s) you received are as described, I will issue a full refund as long as you return it within 14 days of receipt. The item(s) must be received in the same condition as they were sent and YOU must pay the postage back to me unless there is a actual error on my part. Where there are multiple items in an order, every item must be returned for the "full" refund but I will be open to discuss the problem and negotiate a cure. I also have a replacement policy for any item(s) from an order where there are multiple items. Simply send that item(s) back to me (YOU pay the postage) and I will replace it (if available) with that postage paid by me. In any of the above cases, you MUST notify me prior to returning anything so we can discuss all of the details needed to make you happy.
